Find your license
Your license was sent to your email when you paid. Go through the steps below in order — it usually takes about a minute.

Search for the receipt email
In the inbox of the email address you paid with, search for “Creem” or the name of the app (Seiton, Reel, and QuickShot). The receipt email contains your license key and order number.
Not there? Check your spam and promotions folders too.

Sign in to the customer portal
Sign in to the Creem customer portal with your payment email address to see your past orders and licenses.

Email us
If you still can't find it, or you entered the wrong email when paying, email support@canonforge.top. Include the time and amount of the payment and the email address you paid with, and we'll send you the license once we've verified it.
Once you've found your license, you can see which computers it's activated on from the Manage devices page.
