We want you to buy with confidence. Apps that offer a trial can be used free for 14 days, and we recommend trying before you buy. If you are not satisfied after buying, you can also get a refund. This policy applies to Seiton, Reel, and QuickShot.
Full refund within 14 days
Within 14 days of the date of payment, you may request a full refund without giving a reason.
How to request one
- Email support@canonforge.top with your payment email address and order number (found in the receipt email), or simply reply to the receipt email from Creem.
- We will confirm within 2 business days and start the refund through Creem.
- The money is returned by the original payment method. How long it takes depends on your bank or payment method, usually 5–10 business days.
Who handles it
Creem is the Merchant of Record for these apps and is responsible for processing payments, taxes and refunds. The refunded amount includes the taxes you paid; currency conversion differences and bank fees are subject to your card issuer's rules.
After a refund
Once the refund is complete, the corresponding license becomes invalid and any activated devices return to an unactivated state. If you want to use the app again later, simply buy it again.
After 14 days
We handle requests made after the deadline case by case — for example, where the app does not work properly on your computer and we are unable to fix it. Please email us and explain the situation.
Chargebacks
If you have a question about a charge, please contact us first; that is usually the quicker way to resolve it. A chargeback raised through your bank will also make the license invalid.
